Diamond Goal and Gold Distance

I was able to complete the application for Diamond Goal and Gold Distance, and get the files uploaded. My OO was able to sign the second page of the web application as the OO, and he was also the “launch supervisor” that day but was unable to navigate back to the first page to sign that block. Can we consider the application complete, or if not, can you advise how to send him the necessary link to sign?
